Known for his expertise in staffing operations and talent management, Brian excels at growing high-performing teams and meeting the needs of both clients and candidates. He specializes in placing talent within accounting, finance, human resources, and administrative roles, and uses a consultative approach to ensure that clients and candidates alike feel heard and that the matches he makes are strong.
Outside of AnchorPoint, Brian will likely be found at one of New England's many hockey rinks watching his son and nephews chase their dreams on the ice.

Peter Mulligan - Managing Partner
Peter Mulligan is a founder and managing partner of AnchorPoint Staffing Group, with over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. His experience brings a full understanding of both clients and candidates during the hiring process. His dedication and expertise has earned him a reputation for excellence in the field. His approach is centered on building strong relationships with a strong work ethic.
Outside of his professional life, Peter enjoys expressing his creativity through playing guitar and the piano. Additionally, he loves spending time with his family, particularly watching his son skateboard. Peter’s well-rounded interests and commitment to his work make him a valued and respected figure in the staffing business.

Brian Sommer brings 17 years of expertise in the staffing industry to help you assemble the strongest team for your business. A graduate of Penn State University, Brian has developed and managed high-performing sales and recruiting teams across leading national firms. Specializing in accounting, finance, human resources, and administrative staffing, he works closely with clients to understand their unique needs, delivering both temporary and direct hire solutions.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family. A dedicated father of three, he is actively involved in his children’s education and extracurricular activities, coaching his two boys in baseball and supporting his daughter’s various pursuits.

Kim is a Senior Account Executive with AnchorPoint Staffing Group, specializing in accounting and finance recruitment throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Gracie Lynn Evergreen - Recruiting Consultant
Gracie Lynn is a Siena College grad with a Psychology Degree. She began her career in social services before making the change to staffing. She spent 2 years at a well known staffing firm before joining AnchorPoint. Gracie Lynn's empathetic approach to recruiting helps her understand the needs of her candidates and focuses on finding the opportunities that best suit their needs.
Gracie Lynn lives in upstate New York with her family.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys making the most of the Pacific Northwest. Whether skiing, wakeboarding, boating, or traveling, she loves spending time outdoors. Her favorite moments, however, are those spent with her two adult children.

With more than 15 years of staffing experience, Kelley St. Hilaire brings a deep understanding of the evolving talent landscape as well as a commitment to delivering tailored staffing solutions. Her passion lies in building long-term client relationships and consistently exceeding expectations through collaboration and trust.
Outside of staffing Kelley also enjoyed a long career in professional ballroom dance and now most loves watching her kids being kids.

Eric Wong - Senior Recruiting Consultant
Eric started his staffing career shortly after graduating from Endicott College. While growing up he loved to stay active and play all types of competitive sports, which sparked his interest in working at sports and health complexes throughout high school and college. He is a staffing industry veteran with 4+ years of recruiting experience at a top industry firm before he joined AnchorPoint. He is an expert partner to our candidates and focuses on making the right matches for them every day.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and staying active with his two young boys. He has recently picked up golf and enjoys trying out new recipes for his family.
